how often do you follow your instincts?

I do not listen to my instincts/heart, they cannot be trusted, only my mind is rational for measuring my actions.

This may not have been true back when we had tigers and starvation, instincts use to be vital for survival, but now we have Zoos and Oreos we can spend the time and calories on thinking.
