You are a slave to your excuses, overcome your excuses with counterarguments that it can't argue with. Making lists are like a super power but be careful not to let them be excuses like we have to wait on B before C so we get to do nothing as I would say to my mom when she told me to clean my room. My body wants to save energy so it will make convincing arguments to prevent you from spending energy on deep thought or exercise, so you have to have better arguments ready to give as a slamdunk response.
With this Self-Debate Journal, note the case your brain makes that is against your goals, then formulate a counterargument and keep recording the debate until your brain forfeits in your favor.
