Whatever it takes to fulfill your purpose. It's about effectiveness, not every strategy is for you.
Consider the direction of your move; is your move for winning an olympic gold metal? Then protein powder and steamed veggies are your meals, but that strategy isn't for the mom who's move is to raise purpose driven kids, for her it may be fast enough food that will help her energy levels for the next 18 years, while she focuses her available effort on love strategies.
There is limited time in the day for planning, measuring, researching, and devotionals. There is limited energy for exercise, charity, building, and communicating. You are not meant to impliment every strategy. Instead be strategic about what strategies you use.
Use the strats the make the biggest impact on your move. You don't need to be infinitely strong, but become strong enough to see and build and be paradise for those around you. Become strong enough not to trip on your way.
